		<description>It&#039;s a creepy thought, but it&#039;s actually an idea that Mayor Daley has talked about. But when you think about it, it&#039;s really not that creepy. Think about how often we are taped on camera without even thinking about it. Everytime you walk into a store, almost everytime you sit down in a DePaul classroom, and more often than not, when you walk into work. It is creepy on one hand, but it&#039;s also not that creepy because you generally don&#039;t even realize its happening.</description>

		<description>i did a research project on these cameras not too long ago. definitely agree with the &quot;displacement&quot; theory. I guess we can only hope that people will get tired of moving their crime to other areas or that one day every city street has a camera...? that&#039;s a creepy thought..</description>
